Why Do Phone Numbers Appear on the 'Invalid Client SMS' Email?

After recognizing that some of the numbers you may have attempted to contact via SMS/text were reported undeliverable, PetDesk sends you a list of numbers our system has flagged as invalid. Below shares why a number may be displayed on this list.
 

  1. The text sent was found to be undeliverable.
    • i.e. it's a landline, not in service, incorrect, or formatted inaccurately
       
  2. There may be a variable on the client side impacting successful deliverability.
     
  3. Multiple numbers are listed for a client, and PetDesk may not be identifying the client’s intended mobile number.
