If you have lost a beloved pet, we extend our deepest condolences. As fellow pet lovers, we understand that this is never easy and are truly sorry for your loss.
Please update your pet provider so they may mark the pet as inactive. They will update this in their practice management software, and by the next day, the pet profile will appear in the PetDesk app's inactive section. Additionally, this ensures that no service reminders are sent for your loved one who has passed away.
Follow these steps to access the Inactive Pet section of the mobile app:
- Tap the settings icon in the upper corner
- Tap Inactive Pets
On this page, you will see any pet profiles marked as inactive. This should not be confused with the "Remove Pet" option within a pet profile in the app. The Remove Pet option completely removes that pet profile and associated data from the app.
