Adding, Removing, or Editing My Pet's Profile

The PetDesk app empowers you to manage all your pet's health and wellness needs, both big and small. Find out below how to create, modify, or remove a pet profile.

Create a profile for your pet:

1. Within the app, tap Pets along the bottom of the screen
2. Tap the + sign on the bottom right 
3. Begin to fill in all the appropriate fields and hit Save Changes
    

Edit your pet's profile:

1. Within the app, tap Pets along the bottom of the screen
2. Tap the pet whose profile you'd like to edit
3. Scroll down to locate the field(s) and edit as you wish
4. Once you've updated the info, tap Save in the upper right
5.  If any fields are missing, you'll be prompted to Complete Pet Profile

                

In some cases, you may find that your pet's information in the app updates overnight without you having to take any action. For some clinics, when they update your pet's information in their system, the change will be reflected in your app overnight. Please contact PetDesk Support if you have any concerns regarding your pet's app data.

Remove a pet profile:

1. On the Pets tab, tap on your pet’s photo or name to open the Pet Profile
2. Scroll to the bottom of the profile and tap Remove Pet
    

You'll be asked to confirm that you want to remove your pet's data from the app, including reminders. This is not to be confused with setting your pet as inactive.
