Customizing Reminder Postcards

We eliminate the need to manually write and send postcard reminders to clients, allowing you to make more customizations to those reminders. This is particularly advantageous for mobile or walk-in practices that can better manage client expectations through customization.

All the customizable areas are outlined in red below. Contact our Product Support Team to assist with customization or design image updates.
 

• Greeting: Ex. "Hello"
• Intro (400 character limit): Default is "We're in touch with a friendly reminder because our records indicate that the following services are needed:"
• Closing (400 character limit): Default is "Give us a call at PHONENUMBER or download the PetDesk App on your phone to request an appointment today!"
• Sign Off: Default is "Best"
• Phone Number
• Website URL
• Choice of image from our library of over 80 options, including seasonal and holiday images or a custom image you provide, which will be displayed on the front of the postcard.
