Need to find your account's dedicated Customer Success Manager?

  • Log in to your PetDesk Communications dashboard with admin credentials. On the upper right, click to open PetDesk Pack Resources 
  • Find the Schedule with Customer Success link. This will tell you who your CSM is and provide an embedded calendar for you to schedule time with them

Don't have admin credentials, or can't find this link? No worries! Contact our Support team to get pointed in the right direction.
