Follow the steps below to utilize Text2Pay, from your PetDesk Communications dashboard Inbox through Two-Way Texting, to seamlessly send an invoice to pet parents via SMS text.
- Search for the client you'd like to send the invoice link to in the Two-Way Inbox.
- In the toolbar below the message box, click on the $ icon to Send an invoice.
- Enter the Invoice Amount, update the First / Last name if needed, and add Notes if you'd like.
- Click on the purple Create button.
- An invoice link will populate in the message box. Edit your message and then you can send it!
