Marking a Number Valid in Two-Way Texting

For a few reasons, a client's number may appear as invalid in the PetDesk Communications dashboard. Numbers marked invalid mean that a recent message could not be successfully delivered. Via the Two-Way Texting feature, in the Inbox tab, you can quickly and easily mark a cell phone number as valid.

Marking a cell number as valid will remove the invalid flag from the client’s details throughout the Dashboard. Assuming it remains valid, the number will no longer appear on the Invalid Report.

Search for a client in the Inbox tab. Notice if the client has the message Invalid Cell Phone next to their name, like shown in the image below:

Select the client and click the Mark as Valid button. Otherwise, the message textbox will be disabled.

Once you click Mark as Valid, the Inbox page will refresh, and the message textbox will no longer be greyed out.
