Closed Hours Two-Way Texting Auto-Reply

Rest assured, PetDesk has you covered when clients reach out during closed hours via Two-Way. Let them know you're currently closed, set expectations on when they may hear back, or advise how to handle an urgent situation. 

If you aren't already, please log in to the PetDesk Dashboard using your admin credentials.

  1. Within the left navigation panel, click the Inbox tab
  2. Click the Auto-Reply button
  3. Check the box to the left of Send closed hours auto-replies
  4. Customize your auto-reply message and click Save

Verify that your listed closed hours are accurate. If not, click the Hours of Availability link. This link will automatically navigate you to the Availability sub-tab in your PetDesk Dashboard Settings. 

At this time, you may only set up one auto-reply message. The reply will go out based on Special Hours and Open Hours, but not Lunch Break windows.
