Your practice needs to be flexible and able to adapt quickly. That's why we put you in the driver's seat of your practice's appointment availability as displayed in the PetDesk mobile app. Review how to utilize these availability settings to minimize back-and-forth during scheduling and establish clear expectations when a client requests an appointment through PetDesk (both on the app and on the web)!
From the PetDesk Communications Provider Dashboard, you can update what your public business hours are for your clients to see on the PetDesk app by following the steps below:
Log in to your PetDesk Dashboard using the Admin login credentials.
- Click the settings tab on the bottom left of the dashboard
- Navigate to the Availability tab
- Click the pencil edit icon next to "Open Hours" or "Appointment Hours" to update your schedule
- Click Save
