Life happens, and sometimes a provider card is no longer relevant for you and your pet. This article will guide you through the necessary steps to help manage your transition.
You can always remove a provider card as needed. However, removing a card will not stop the reminders from a certain location. To stop those specific notifications, you will need to contact the provider to request that they mark you as inactive in their practice management software.
Remove a Provider Card
- Tap Providers along the bottom of the screen and scroll to find the provider you wish to remove.
- Tap Delete Provider to remove them from your app.
