PetDesk sends you reminders about your pet's veterinary care through a variety of channels. We encourage you to manage these to your preference, all from within the PetDesk app.
When logged into the PetDesk mobile app:
- Tap the settings icon on the upper left.
- Tap Notifications.
- From here you can manage push, email and SMS notifications via the toggles.
Green indicates that notification is enabled/on.
If you'd like to configure your communication preferences at a more granular level, tap the preferences link in the footer of a PetDesk email to uncheck the type of communication you no longer want to receive (pet birthday, reminders, messages from your provider, etc).
