Managing Notification Preferences

PetDesk sends you reminders about your pet's veterinary care through various channels. We encourage you to manage these preferences from within the PetDesk app.

When logged into the PetDesk mobile app:

1. Tap the settings icon on the upper left.
2. Tap Notifications.
3. From here, you can manage push, email, and SMS notifications via the toggles.
   Green indicates that the notification is enabled/on.

If you'd like to configure your communication preferences at a more granular level, please contact your provider to assist with these updates, such as pet birthday reminders, messages from your provider, and more.
