The vast majority of mobile phones can run the operating systems supported by PetDesk. Users on a device with an unsupported operating system version will not be able to use the app to its full potential.
The mobile app software versions that support PetDesk are:
- iOS support OS 15.0 and newer
- iPhones older than the 6s+ are not compatible
- Android support OS 6.0 and newer
If users are on a device with an unsupported version, we recommend either updating the device version or attempting to utilize another updated device.
