Your subscription will be automatically renewed to maintain continuous service for your clients. We notify you when your renewal date approaches for yearly subscriptions so there are no surprises. - What happens if I cancel my subscription?
We will set a cancellation date to stop PetDesk service. If you are on the monthly plan, your billing will simply end. If you have paid for an annual plan, you will be given a prorated refund minus any discounts. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for further details.
