That’s correct! You can cancel anytime. We believe in providing our worth; our customer service and our solution's continued success will keep you a satisfied customer.
- How do I upgrade my subscription plan?
There are several programs and features your practice may find beneficial. For details on becoming even more efficient, and making cost-effective decisions, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
- What should I expect at the end of my billing cycle?
To maintain continuous service for your clients, your subscription will be automatically renewed. For yearly subscriptions, we notify you when your renewal date approaches so there are no surprises.
- What happens if I cancel my subscription?
We will set a cancellation date to stop PetDesk service. If you are on the monthly plan, your billing will simply end. If you have paid for an annual plan, you will be given a prorated refund minus any discounts. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for further details.
