We believe in providing our worth; our customer service and solutions' continued success will keep you a satisfied customer.📆 PetDesk requires a 30-day notice prior to your next billing cycle, so your cancellation will be scheduled based on that timeline.

What should I expect at the end of my billing cycle?
Your subscription will be automatically renewed to maintain continuous service for your clients. We will notify you when your renewal date for yearly subscriptions approaches so that you won't be surprised. -
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
We will set a cancellation date to stop PetDesk service. If you are on the monthly plan, your billing will end. If you have paid for an annual plan, you will receive a prorated refund, minus any discounts. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for further details.
