Using the Loyalty Report

Track your loyalty program and how it's generating appointments and revenue for your clinic! This data provides an overview of your loyalty program's health. New reports are generated between the 5th and 7th of each month.

How to Use:

Update the month of your choice with the upper-right dropdown menu. The report shows the totals for that selected month:

  • New Loyalty Users
  • Total Loyalty Users
  • Monthly Loyalty Appointments
  • Monthly Loyalty Revenue
  • Monthly Reward Redemptions: Use this to identify under/over performing rewards

To view your location's Loyalty Program's configuration and list of rewards, use your PetDesk Communications dashboard:

  • Settings/gear icon on the upper right > App Settings > Loyalty Program
  • Contact PetDesk Product Support to make the adjustment accordingly.

 

DEFINITIONS

Loyalty Users
  • New Loyalty Users: # of clients that opted into your loyalty program in the selected month
  • Total Loyalty Users: total # of clients that opted into your loyalty program for all time
Loyalty Appointments
  • Monthly Loyalty Appointments: total # of appointments scheduled for loyalty clients in the selected month. This excludes appointments that were cancelled or deleted.
    • The user must be opted into loyalty before the scheduled date of the appointment.
    • The appointment must be confirmed, not deleted, or have a status of "Cancel" or "Cancelled"
  •  Monthly Loyalty Revenue: revenue generated by loyalty appointment in the selected month
Monthly Reward Redemptions
  • List of all rewards and the # of redemptions per reward in the selected month
  • The reward name, descriptions, and point value are also listed
