Client Signup Email Drip Campaign

Empower your clients to be in charge of their pet's health by encouraging them to download the PetDesk mobile app. You can print out flyers and QR codes to promote the PetDesk mobile app to clients, and let us maintain the momentum with our automated Client Signup Email drip campaign.

Want to enroll in this campaign? Contact PetDesk Product Support to get started!

Enabling this promotional campaign for the PetDesk mobile app begins by emailing clients on your chosen start date, then continuing over the next 30 days to encourage them to download. Emails in the series follow this cadence:

Important Information:

  • Every new client joining your practice receives:
    • Email 1 after the client syncs into PetDesk (if not yet an app user)
  • Existing clients who just had an email added to your PIMS receive:
    • Email 1 the day after the updated email has synced with PetDesk (if not yet an app user)
  • If a client is scheduled to receive another automated PetDesk reminder (e.g., an appointment reminder)
    • Client Signup Email will delay sending by 3 days to avoid overcommunication
  • Once a client signs up for the app, they do not receive subsequent drip campaign emails
    • If a client has received the client signup drip email from another clinic, they will not receive this campaign, even if they are a new client to your clinic
    • "New" in this case means new to PetDesk as a user, not necessarily a new client
  • Past Due Health Service Reminders are included with Email 1 to encourage more clients to download the app and become more involved in their pet's health — examples below.
