Sending Invoices via Direct Message using 'Deposit Solicitation'
You can find the Invoice with PetDesk Pay button on the appointment details screen in any of the following menu sections of your PetDesk Dashboard:
- Needs Attention
- Pending
- Scheduled
- Today
- Call List
- After selecting the request or appointment, click Invoice with PetDesk Pay on the right-hand side
- A dialogue box will open for you to choose a Type, Cost to invoice, and to write an optional Message to the client, or Invoice Notes
- Select Send to Client to send the invoice link to the client through Direct Message via SMS, email, or in-app push notification

Sending Invoices via Two-Way Texting
You can also use our Text2Pay feature to send invoices to a client from your Dashboard's Inbox. Or, create your own Two-Way Texting template and populate the template with a link to your client's invoice generated through the PetDesk Pay Dashboard.
