PetDesk aims to keep you well informed with reminders for health services your pet is due for, plus appointments you have on the books with your veterinary provider.
-
Appointment Reminders are sent 2 days before your appointment (3 days for Monday appointments) via email, text, and app push notification unless you have opted out of one or more of these delivery methods here.
- Any appointment scheduled >6 weeks in advance triggers an app push notification and email reminder 1 week before, as well as the standard 2 days before reminder.
-
Health Service Reminders will be sent a number of weeks before a service is due (this timing is custom based on how far out the provider is booking), sent via email, app, text, and in some cases postcards. If the information on the provider's end shows you are overdue, you will receive a notification at the one week overdue mark and again after a month past due.
-
- If you receive communication for a service already completed, you will need to reach out to the provider to update the new service due date. Notifications are a reflection of what your provider has on file for you and your pet.
- Please also note, PetDesk will continue to send reminders if there is not an appointment within 60 days of the reminder send date. This is why you may receive a reminder although you have an appointment not too far off in the future.
