Using the Compliance Report

We know you want your patients to be healthy, receive routine checkups, and stay up to date on their health services. Reach out personally to clients about their pet's health, get them back in the door, and back in compliance! PetDesk conveniently displays an actionable list of patients who remain overdue for services.

The PetDesk Compliance Report displays all patients who are considered "non-compliant" because they have received their final Health Service Reminder but have not yet scheduled an appointment.

"non-compliant" = no scheduled appointment after 3 weeks of receiving their final Health Service Reminder.

Check out our complete guide to using the PetDesk Compliance Report here!

Best Practices:

  • Start with the most recent Compliance Report available
    • Prioritize contacting clients out of compliance for services such as annual exams and vaccines over fecal tests and preventatives
  • Utilize the "Contacted - Unresolved" status when making internal notes to prevent clients from getting contacted multiple times

As you connect with each pet parent, use the Contact Status column to record their information.

  • Notes entered will be saved indefinitely until they are updated here; click "View Status History" to view previous notes.
  • If clients schedule and complete an appointment, they'll be automatically removed from the list for the following week.
