Sending an Invoice from the PetDesk Pay Dashboard

Welcome to the modern, centralized payment system built specifically for veterinary clinics and the clients you serve! PetDesk Pay eliminates front-desk bottlenecks and gives your clients a beautiful payment experience while eliminating stressful conversations for your staff. See below for how to create and send an invoice to pet parents quickly.

When an invoice is sent, a temporary pop-up will display on the upper right.

You can review the Invoice tab and look for these icons to confirm.

Opened: invoice has been opened by the pet parent
Sent: invoice has been sent to the pet parent, (via Email or SMS).
Unsent: invoice has been created but not sent to the client. Action needed on the clinic side to send.
