Who can access my Billing Portal?
There is only one account for your billing portal, tied to the email address of your primary billing contact (your Bill To email.) If you'd like to set up additional accounts for your Billing Portal, contact billing@petdesk.com with the full name and email address of the new user.
Want to update your Bill To contact?
Email your new contact information to billing@petdesk.com, and we’ll send you a new Billing Portal invite. Your information and documents will still be accessible as with the previous account.
Want to update your account Password?
On the upper right, click Settings
From here, you may view your Account Information or Update your password.
