With PetDesk you can digitally, automatically, and strategically share lab results with clients. This helps you to focus on immediate patient care and streamline the day-to-day at your practice. We understand the sensitivity around sharing this data and allow many customizations so that you can keep doing what you do best for humans and pets alike.

At setup, you'll have the ability to customize which panels are synced, and for the more sensitive diagnosis, you can block specific results from being shared.
Once enabled, lab panels from 30 days prior appear within the Pets tab of the mobile app: Lab Results
The lab results remain on the app as historical data. At this time, you cannot add notes to lab results shared nor view them in your Dashboard.
We understand some results may require a prior discussion with the client. You can customize how many days to delay the automatic sharing of results, allowing you to reach out and have those timely conversations.
Once a lab panel fits the criteria to be shared, you have the option of notifying the pet parent via in-app message, app push notification, and email. This message will prompt them to either log in to the PetDesk mobile app or download it.
