Unfortunately, our PetDesk Customer Support team cannot update mailing address information from our end. However, we're happy to help with any other questions and issues regarding the PetDesk mobile app.
You can conveniently find your provider's contact information in the PetDesk app.
Tap Providers on the bottom banner > locate the provider card > contact info of who you'd like to contact.
