Lost Client Finder Email Communication

Looking for ways to identify and re-engage clients you haven't seen in a while? PetDesk offers an automated solution to help bring your patients back through the door and ensure they stay on track with their compliance. 


PetDesk will add a custom notification that reaches these 'lost clients', including an optional, customizable promotion or offer to incentivize their return for preventive care. We ensure this email reaches the right clients by considering the following for each pet parent:
  • Mobile app users or those who previously received a signup email
  • Has not made an appointment or received a health service reminder in 18 months
  • Has not received an email in the past 10 days
  • Owns an 'active' pet and has not yet received a Lost Client Finder notification

Clients can then easily request an appointment directly from the notice they receive, either through the app or by email.
