Managing Core Email Campaign Styling Themes

Add custom color and logos to your core email communications to personalize your campaigns with your practice’s look and branding! Email Template Themes customize the design for Thank You Surveys, Appointment Reminders, and Health Service Reminder communications.

1. On the lower left of the Dashboard, click the settings tab
   
2. Click on the Email Template Themes subtab
   
3. Select a template color by choosing from the palette to the right of Primary Color
   • If a Primary Color isn’t selected, the PetDesk blue (seen above) will default as your email theme
4. Upload a logo or signature by clicking the Choose File button
   • If an image is not selected, emails will be optimally adjusted (seen above)
   • Image files accepted: PNG  |  JPEG  |  JPG
   • Optimal specifications are 480 height x 500 width
   • Max file size - 1MB

Click Save Settings, and the changes will take effect with each campaign’s next send.
