Every message from your business is an opportunity to reinforce your practice's voice. With PetDesk Mass Messaging, you can customize your message with 'personalization tags'. These tags personalize your communication regarding upcoming events or closures, specials, practice updates, holidays, or any other message you send through PetDesk Mass Messaging.
When composing a Mass Message, a default greeting and signature will be pre-populated in new messages. Use these default tags, or customize to give a personal touch.
Even when inserting a template, the new default greeting and signature will be automatically populated before and after the body. For more on Mass Message templates, check out this article.

- Include an unlimited number of customized tags and links throughout the message body

All tags are replaced and filled in when viewing the HTML Preview page
- Except for the [ClientFirstName] & [ClientLastName] tags on the actual preview email sent
- Tags are not available for the subject line
Once your message is composed, click “NEXT” on the bottom right corner to proceed with choosing intended recipients and submitting the message to be sent.
