For a few reasons, a client's number may appear as invalid in the PetDesk Dashboard. Numbers marked invalid mean that a recent message could not successfully deliver. Via the Two-Way Messaging feature, in the Inbox tab, you can quickly and easily mark a cell phone number as valid.
Marking a cell number will remove the invalid flag from the client’s details throughout the Dashboard. The number, assuming it remains valid, will no longer appear on the Invalid Report.
Search for a client on Two-Way. Notice if the client has the message Invalid Cell Phone next to their name.
Select the client and click the Mark as Valid button. Otherwise, the message textbox will not be disabled.
Once you click Mark as Valid, the Inbox page will refresh, and the message textbox will no longer be greyed out.
