Noticing what appear to be duplicates of a client in the Dashboard? Here are a couple things to check. You may run into this with client or patient account(s).

"Client ID: New Client" seen in the Dashboard:

- This could mean there is a possible duplicate client account. Do you know if the client downloaded the PetDesk app and is logged in using the correct email address? Sometimes we'll find a small typo in the email (e.g., .con versus .com), identifying the client as two different people.
- Don't hesitate to reach out to the Product Support team to assist with a potential account removal or merge.

“Patient ID: New Patient" seen in the Dashboard

- Similar to above, this could mean there's a possible duplicate patient account. If you see a duplicated patient, one with a patient ID and the other with this message: Patient ID: New Patient, we've got your back!
- Reach out to the Product Support team to assist with potential patient removal.
