Why Can't I Log In On a Computer?

The original mission of PetDesk was to create a platform for pet parents to manage their pets' lives, just as they manage their own, directly from their mobile phones. After all, we're always within arm's reach of our mobile devices. The mobile PetDesk app is the best way to stay up-to-date on your pet's health and wellness. Currently, we do not support an experience on desktop computers for pet parents. 

If your pet care provider partners with PetDesk, we can provide a custom URL for requesting appointments directly from your desktop browser. For the website URL, please contact PetDesk Product Support.

The PetDesk mobile app is available for download on Android and Apple mobile devices or tablets.
