Clients opt into the Loyalty program from their mobile PetDesk app - and it only takes a few taps. Here's how you can walk them through the process in under a minute!
If your client does not currently have the PetDesk app send the link to them from your Dashboard in a snap!
Once they're logged into the mobile app, they can follow these simple steps to enroll from your provider card within the PetDesk app.
At this time, we are unable to auto-enroll clients into the program. If a client does not have a smartphone to create an account, they can create their account on a borrowed device to opt into Loyalty. Although helpful for incentivizing and tracking history, once clients opt-in, points will automatically accrue without reaccessing the PetDesk app.
