Make it easy for your client to download and immediately start using the PetDesk app. The following steps walk you through sending clients the 'Magic Link'. Use it, and your client will be synced in the app in no time requesting appointments, receiving appointment and health service reminders, and reviewing their latest medical records, labs, and prescriptions on file.
- In the PetDesk Dashboard, look on the upper right for a blue mobile phone icon
- Hover over and fill in the client name, email, and phone number
- Click Send!
When information is sent, the client receives an email and/or SMS text with an app download link to auto-login directly into their account. If they are not already a client, the client is added to your client list in your Dashboard.
