Make it easy for your client to download and start using the PetDesk mobile app right away. The following steps will guide you in sending clients the 'Magic Link.' Use it, and your client will be synced in the app quickly, letting them request appointments, get appointment and health service reminders, and review their latest medical records, labs, and prescriptions on file.
How to share the app
The "magic link" can be sent two ways:
#1 In the PetDesk Communications dashboard, look on the upper right for a blue mobile phone icon
- Hover over and fill in the client name, email, and phone number
- Click Send!
#2 Or you can access the link via the Bio Bubble [below] when you hover over the client's name in the dashboard
- Click-to-call is currently disabled in Bio Bubble
When information is sent, the client receives an email and/or an SMS text containing an app download link that allows direct auto-login to their account.
