Life happens, and sometimes a provider card is no longer relevant for you and your pet. This article will walk you through the needed steps to help handle your transition.
You can always remove a provider card as needed. However, removing a card will not stop the reminders from a certain location. To stop those specific notifications, you will need to contact the provider to request they mark you as inactive in their practice management software.

- Tap Providers along the bottom of the screen and scroll to locate the provider you want to remove

a. iPhone: tap the red trash can icon in the bottom right corner of the provider card
b. Android: press and hold on the bottom right corner of the provider card
