Removing a Provider Card

Life happens, and sometimes a provider card is no longer relevant for you and your pet. This article will guide you through the necessary steps to help manage your transition. 

You can always remove a provider card as needed. However, removing a card will not stop the reminders from a certain location. To stop those specific notifications, you will need to contact the provider to request that they mark you as inactive in their practice management software. 

Remove a Provider Card

1. Tap Providers along the bottom of the screen and scroll to find the provider you wish to remove.
2. Depending on your device...
   a. iPhone: Tap the red trash can icon located in the bottom right corner of the provider card.
   b. Android: Press and hold the bottom right corner of the provider card.
