Life can sometimes force a delay or cancelation of a scheduled appointment with your pet care provider. To help you manage your pet's health, we send health service reminders before a service is due, as well as when overdue. Once the service has taken place and your record is updated at your provider, the reminders will send based on the revised due date(s).
