Why Did I Receive a Health Service Reminder When I Already Have an Appointment?

Life can sometimes force a delay or cancellation of a scheduled appointment with your pet care provider. To help you manage your pet's health, we send health service reminders before a service is due, as well as when overdue. Once the service has been completed and your record is updated at your provider, reminders will be sent based on the revised due date(s).

PetDesk currently sends reminders until the service is completed and up to date on the clinic's end. This is why you may receive a reminder, even though you have an appointment not too far off in the future, or on the same day.
