Unless you have a profile photo for your pet, the PetDesk app displays the first letter of the pet profile's name when at the request appointment screen. This may be confusing if you have several pets whose name starts with the same letter.
If this is the case, we suggest adding an image to your pet's profile. Not only will this help personalize your app, but you'll see that image instead of just the letter.
To add or edit a pet's photo in the PetDesk app:
- Along the bottom of the screen tap Pets
- Once you locate the correct pet, tap the photo (or camera icon if no photo is uploaded) to open the pet's profile
- Once the pet's profile is open, tap the photo again (or camera icon if no photo) and select the appropriate option to add or edit a photo
