3 days after an appointment, review questions are sent via app and email.
This ensures your staff has the client notes and info updated by that point and does not overwhelm clients with notifications post-visit.
Clients will be able to select a scale of 1 - 10 and leave an optional comment.
The practice will be notified by email of reviews that scored lower than 7 in order to take necessary action.
We will never send a Survey request to a user more than once in 60 days.
This is intended to not overwhelm your frequent visitors.
To manage reviews, log in as an admin to your PetDesk Dashboard. You can access these from the Review or Settings tab in a particular client's dashboard profile.
