App Buttons are customizable links in the PetDesk app, seen when navigating through the Provider tab. A pet parent can easily use these buttons to request services, call, text, visit your online pharmacy, see your social media pages, or enroll and view your Loyalty program.
Within the PetDesk Dashboard, you can view the layout and text associated with these buttons. If modifications are needed, contact our Customer Support Team.
To view your current setup, log in to the PetDesk Dashboard using your admin credentials.
- When in the PetDesk Dashboard, click the settings icon > App Settings
- Navigate to the Additional Info tab
- Review the App Buttons table to see all buttons visible on your provider card in the app
