From time to time, you may need to delete a request from the PetDesk dashboard. It can be removed from the dashboard using any of the following tabs: Scheduled, Today, Call List, Clients & Pets.
- Search for the appointment you would like to remove and click to open full details
- Click the red trash can button on the upper right corner of the appointment
- Click Yes to remove the appointment from the PetDesk dashboard and the PetDesk app
Please be sure to delete this appointment from your practice management software so that an appointment reminder or thank you survey is not triggered.
