Depending on how you utilize the PetDesk app, you may need to modify your device's permissions. This includes items like your calendar (for syncing appointments), or camera (for uploading pics of your pet.)
To change these settings on your device:
- Open your device's native settings application (not within the PetDesk app)
- May differ from device to device
a. iPhone: scroll down to the PetDesk icon
b. Android: open "Apps" or "Application Manager" (depending on your specific device) - Tap the PetDesk app icon
- Tap the dot/toggle next to each option to turn on or off (green=on; grey=off)
