Practices may manually award or remove points for a special reason - a referral program, to make good after a negative experience, transfer/lost of pet ownership, or as a bonus to outstanding clients.
Within the PetDesk Dashboard:

Clients & Pets tab on the left panel

Search for the client and click their row to open the Client Details

Click the blue Open Rewards button under their name and contact information to view the transaction history

Just below the list of the points history, Expand the link "Give [custom clinic reward name]"

Enter the number of points you'd like to award to the client, along with an applicable reason/description (this note is visible to the client in their PetDesk app).
If you'd like to remove points, contact PetDesk Product Support. -
Click the green Add button to the right, and you're all set!
