Redeeming Client Loyalty Rewards

Your clients will want to redeem rewards for discounts on items, services, or whatever you have offered! If your client cannot access their PetDesk app after enrolling in your loyalty program - no worries. It's just a few clicks for your staff to give your pet parent a positive experience and redeem client rewards through the Dashboard.

  1. Click Clients & Pets on the left-hand navigation

  2. Search for the client and click through to open Client Details

  3. Click the blue Open Rewards button to the right of their name to view the client's loyalty history

  4. Click Select Reward to view the rewards that are currently available to clients based on their point total
  5. Select the desired reward and click the green Redeem button
    • Points will be subtracted from client's loyalty program
    • Redemptions are captured in your client's loyalty program history
  6. Handle the invoice adjustment per your business practices to reflect the reward redeemed
    • We recommend adding transaction codes in your Practice Management System for each Loyalty Reward in PetDesk.
