So, a client wants to redeem a reward for which they've earned enough Loyalty Points. It's just a few clicks for your staff to give that pet parent a positive experience at your practice - the client will see this update on their phone almost immediately.

Click the Client's & Pets tab on the left-hand panel.

Search for the client and click the client's information to open the Client Details.

Click the blue Open Rewards button to the right of their name to view the client's transaction history.

Click the drop down menu labeled Select Reward to view the rewards that are currently available to clients, based on their current Loyalty Point accrual value.

Select the appropriate reward and then click the green Redeem button.
This will adjust the points total within the PetDesk Dashboard and the PetDesk app. - The last step is to adjust the payment at the point of transaction to reflect the reward redeemed. (We recommend adding transaction codes in your Practice Management System for each reward you have in PetDesk.)
