Each appointment service type can correlate to a custom reminder message shown to clients in their email and app appointment reminders. Want your clients to fill out a form before showing up? Need them to bring in a fresh fecal sample? Should fluffy not eat after 10pm before his surgery? Need to share the latest COVID procedures upon arrival? ...let them know using these messages.
This article will show you how to view currently visible app services from the Dashboard. Some you may have chosen to hide from view for the purposes of sending reminders to pet parents, but not allowing it to be chosen as a service when requesting appointments.
If you aren't already, please be sure to log in to the PetDesk dashboard using your admin credentials.
- Click the settings icon on the upper right of the dashboard
- Click App Settings
- Click onto the Additional Info tab
- Scroll down to the App Services table to view custom service descriptions and reminder messages currently visible to clients requesting a service.
