To update your clinic's scheduling settings in the PetDesk dashboard:
Log into your PetDesk Dashboard using the Admin login credentials.
- Click the setting icon on the upper right of the dashboard.
- Click App Settings
- Click the Availability link and then the Client Scheduling Limits subtab
- Make the necessary edits that work for your practice's schedule availability
You are able to accept same day appointment requests by clicking the first checkbox. If same day appointment requests are not accepted, you will be able to set how soon a client can request an appointment by entering the number of days, weeks, or months in the second row. "0" is not a valid entry.
- 1 week = 7 days
- 1 month = 30 days
The current maximumss:
Providers are not able able to make an entry for 182 days / 26 weeks / 6 months ahead, into the future.
