The PetDesk app provides a convenient place for you to review all your pet's medical and prescription history.
If that's not working as expected, please review the steps below.
Your pet's medical records should automatically update to your app account from your PetDesk partnered provider. This is only available if working with a provider that uses PetDesk. If this is the case and you still do not see the record, please ensure the provider has your PetDesk email (your app username) on file. This is an important piece needed to ensure a seamless profile sync.
Is the record available, but maybe not sure where to find it in the app?
- Found along the bottom banner, tap Pets
- Scroll to find the pet you want to view details for, and tap the word Medical under the pet's photo
- Swipe up or down to view the pet's medical details currently available in PetDesk
