The PetDesk app offers a convenient place to review all your pet's medical and prescription history. If this isn't functioning as expected, please review the steps below.
Your pet's medical records should update automatically to your app account from your PetDesk provider. This only works with providers using PetDesk. If this is the case and you still don't see the record, please ensure the provider has your PetDesk email (your app username) on file. This is a crucial piece needed to ensure a seamless profile sync.
If the record is available, here is where to find it in the app:
- Found along the bottom banner, tap Pets
- Choose the pet you want to view details for, and tap the Reminder Records section
- Review records in order of the most overdue
