Unfortunately, things don't always go as planned. What if you're not able to make your scheduled visit? The PetDesk app has you covered.
Please note that if you've already responded to the confirmation that you can make it and/or received the appointment reminder (~2 days before the appointment), the 'Cancel' button will not be displayed. In that case, we recommend you speak directly with your provider, considering the time sensitivity.
Otherwise, you can cancel a scheduled or pending appointment request through the PetDesk app using these steps:
- Found along the bottom of the screen, tap Appointments
- Press and hold the bottom right corner of the appointment request or tap the red font Cancel Appointment. Pending Requests are found under the Pending Tab, and scheduled appointments are in the Upcoming Tab.
