Viewing lab results

The PetDesk mobile app provides a convenient place for your provider to share your pet's lab results with you - only three clicks away. If you don't already have it, download the PetDesk mobile app today:

1. From the PetDesk mobile app, tap Pets on the bottom banner
2. Tap Lab Results on the pet you would like to view results for
3. Tap the result to view details

Lab result availability varies for each provider.

At this time, you cannot email these reports. If you'd like to share them, we advise you to either request a copy from your provider and/or take a screenshot from your device. You may then email or print that image as needed.

For specific health questions regarding your pet's lab results, we suggest reaching out directly to your provider. PetDesk will display the test name, result, and the high/low ranges (if available) based on information on file at the clinic, but the clinic will have more details to offer that may not be visible within the PetDesk app. 

You can conveniently find your clinic's contact information in the provider section of the app. Tap the "Providers" icon at the bottom of the app and then find the provider and contact info of the clinic you'd like to contact.
