Viewing Lab Results

The PetDesk mobile app offers a convenient platform for your provider to share your pet's lab results with you - just three clicks away. If you don't have it yet, download the PetDesk mobile app today:

1. From the PetDesk mobile app, tap Pets on the bottom banner
2. Select the bubble icon of your pet from the top of the screen
3. Tap Lab Results
4. Tap the result to view details

Lab result availability varies among providers.

Currently, you cannot email these reports. To share, request a copy from your provider or take a screenshot. You can then email or print that image as needed.

For health questions about your pet's lab results, contact your provider directly. PetDesk shows the test name, result, and high/low ranges (if available) based on clinic files. However, the clinic may have additional details not visible in the PetDesk app. 

Find your clinic's contact details in the app's provider section. Tap the "Providers" icon at the bottom, then locate the clinic's contact information you need.
